Yes but please someone at least analyze that 22 hand! It shouldn't be serious -EV, at MOST I think -.1%!! And if it is worse I'd like someone to tell me why so maybe I learn some math secrets.

-.3% isn't serious -EV. As you stated -.3% is about as bad as it can get considering it's a very good 2p2ers button push.

As you mentioned, if he expect's you to fold stuff like 22 then he should be pushing a range where it would be profitable to call 22. If he isn't pushing that wide and he expects you to fold 22, he is probably sacrificing more in EV than you are by calling against his claimed range.

Edit: And since you know him to be a very good player, you can assume he is pushing pretty close to optimally against your perceived range here. Which would make your call very close and likely +EV
