so cheating is obviously a big problem in this particular context.

however, cheating does not necessarily mean the relationship is over, but obviously the deception has to stop.

if she's screwing someone else on the sly then obviously the relationship is missing something... but OP and fiancee might be able to talk things through, work things out, move forward. maybe they just both need to open up the relationship to other people. maybe not.

but they should definitely talk it out soon.

[/ QUOTE ]

Are you serious w/ this? Have you ever been in a long-term relationship where your gf was cheating on you??? I have.

You can/may try working it out b/c she's all you've known for the past x number of years but in the end, you will NOT trust her. If she was cheating on him, the relationship is over whether or not it ends today. You will NEVER have the piece of mind back that comes from trust.

[/ QUOTE ]

I agree that it's painful and I said it's probably a death knell for most relationships.

But there are also many examples of couples who have survived infidelity / adultery and patched things up. I'm not advising OP to do this or to not do this. I'm simply stating that they have a long history and a child together, and it wouldn't hurt to think about trying to work things out.

Obviously trust has been severely compromised if not destroyed forever. But there are always possibilities.

Quick story: Me and my fiance live in apartment where it's just her on the lease. We have a 3 year old daughter. She's just on the lease (long story I can't get into right now) She just graduated college, but hasn't found a job yet (has interviews coming up).

Last night (on my night off, I work 12 hr sched, i have Wed and Thurs night off this week), a call came on my cell phone at around 10:00. I was of course up and my fiance was just getting ready for bed.

The cell phone rang, I didn't recognize the number so I just handed it to my fiance, (It's usually one of her chick friends). She opened it and said "Hello?" I am standing next to her and hear some dude on the other end, "Hello?" My fiance says "hello." The dude says hello, my fiance says a weird hello again as if nobody is there.. Then she starts shutting the phone as if nobody was on it (but I heard the dude talkung), but before she shuts the flip phone I hear "Amanda?" (her name)

I will continue this story later. What's your play? (Note this is a completly true story that took place last night).

I think it's awesome that a sketchy-acting probable whore and a rage-filled dude like yourself are popping out babies. Hope her therapy goes well.

Yeah, I agree with this Mod.

OP, you really should seek help with your anger. Any dude who gets upset enough to curse at his fiance just because she is cheating on him really has some control issues. Please, seek help.

Men get screwed in America.

Chances are this chick will move in with new boyfriend who will buy a new DVD player with OP's monthly payment, and then will raise his step daughter. Sickening.

sekrah,

I cordially invite you to come on my show so that I may help you resolve this matter. Of course, if you choose to participate in a paternity test, we will pay for it.

Warmly,
