PokerEdge contacted Empire's marketing campaign and they said it was OK. Then party banned PokerEdge.

I am dealing directly with Party.

Giving out the positions not the names. You can't have your HHs put on your harddrive immediately because it would be to easy to immediately rename the positions into player names if you are still playing on that table.

[/ QUOTE ] But the positions change EVERY hand. UTG in hand 1 becomes BB in hand 2 and so on. So you could not say: UTG = PartyPokerSucks because in the next hand UTG might be PartyPokerRocks
