personally i wouldnt have been that upset about her mistakes but would have been very upset by her lack of respect when she dealt you the cards and glared at you. i dont like to get dealers in trouble but the times i make an exception is when they are disrespectful when i have not been or refuse to change a bad procedure despite being respectfully informed of the needed change. at these times it is necessary to notify the floor and room management.
in your situation i would have def. told the room management about what she had done. matty |

Sounds like they were hurting for dealers. Perhaps a solution would have been to contact the floor the first time you saw a flash, and suggest a "big game" deal where she would place the card down, then slide it to the players. It can be done fairly quickly and corrects for a bad pitch.
