Yes I'd fold to a raise, unless he's capable of bluff raising the river which is about 0.01% of people at .5/1

I agree with everyone else that the river is an easy bet. In addition to Qx and straight draws I think you will see middle PP that will not fold a fair amount.

Grunch...

What are you so scared of? No one showed strength PF and when you got aggressive on the flop the button backed off. He could have anything and just bet his position. Now the call on the turn suggests to me that he has at least a pair or he picked up the diamond draw. But the river doesn't complete the flush and now you have 2 pair with a nice kicker. I would've bet out this river. Also you should refer to this post, it's a good example of this situation.
