how bout people that say "oh you would do that" when you do something in the present that is characteristic of you.

"i'm not gonna lie" is also very annoying

I actually had a conversation with a friend about this the other day.
The biggest grammatical error that grinds my gears has to be when people misuse the words "there" "their" and "they're" over msn/aim/irc

People using the word "momentarily" when they mean "presently" really bugs me. This is one of those times where I'm sure I'll be trumped by common usage unfortunately.
