Sure here's more pics. The house is really small, only 1650 square feet but I guess that's reasonable for california (dont really know). Everything here costs a ton, that's the only bad part about california. On the upside, food is really cheap, poker is fabulous and legal here, the women are sickly beautiful (and they aren't all white chicks either), the geography is the most beautiful in the USA (well except for hawaii), and there are millions of unfilled jobs here. I like it. Here's pics:

no i know ur being sarcastic. LOL @ your house. The house I bought is small, but its within walking distance to night clubs, restaurants, etc etc which is why my wife wanted it. I mean, its a lot of money but with my new poker coach and all I think I can make the monthly mortgage and still do ok. I may have to sell the boat though I actually need to sell it anyway and get a sail boat as that is much better for the bay and I really want to go under the gate and over to the farralon islands soon.

While this is a true statement, let's say that you have a 30-yr fixed intereste loan. Forget about stocks vs. house or whatever. Would it be good logic to pay an extra few hundred or whatever toward the "principal" of this loan to shorten it to like 23 years of payments or whatever? This is a common thing that realtors and bankers tell people to do. Why is this a horrible idea. And the answer isn't just because you can go put the few hundred in the stock market and make more.

I play $50 and $100 HU matches. As for SNGs what gives with me playing the $33s is that I find it hard to be very profitable at higher than the $55s after working 10 hours and coming home exhausted to sit down and play poker. If I had only poker to worry about I'd naturally be studying very hard and focusing on the higher limits. And no, this isnt a brag post.

edit: and im not "fabulously wealthy." There are 2+2ers in the bay area that I've met that are 2x richer than me. I'm a regular joe with a good job who has a wife with a good job and there's really nothing more to it. I don't own that house u see above, its mortgaged and owned by Wells Fargo. Somehow I came across as a douche on this forum over a year ago and I cannot seem to shake that everybody hates me. That's life.
