Indy,
I hope you were able to get a good interest rate. I took a look at what 1.4M could buy around here just for fun (6500+ sq ft houses) and then played with the mortgage calculator a bit (again just for funzies). 1.4M with 20% down for 30 years: 5% interest = $6,012/mo 7% interest = $7,451/mo What a sick difference saving just 2% makes. |
