We're a couple of swells
We stop at the best hotels
But we prefer the country far away from the city smells
We're a couple of sports
The pride of the tennis courts
In June, July and August we look cute when we're dressed in shorts
The Vanderbilts have asked us up for tea
We don't know how to get there, no siree
No, siree

We would drive up the Avenue, but we haven't got the price
We would skate up the Avenue, but there isn't any ice
We would ride on a bicycle, but we haven't got a bike
So we'll walk up the Avenue
Yes, we'll walk up the Avenue
And to walk up the Avenue's what we like

Wall Street bankers are we
With plenty of currency
We'd open up the safe but we forgot where we put the key
We're the favorite lads
Of girls in the picture ads
We'd like to tell you who we kissed last night but we can't be cads
The Vanderbilts are waiting at the club
But how are we to get there, that's the rub
That's the rub

We would sail up the Avenue, but we haven't got a yacht
We would drive up the Avenue, but the horse we had was shot
We would ride on a trolley car but we haven't got the fare
So we'll walk up the Avenue
Yes, we'll walk up the Avenue
Yes, we'll walk up the Avenue till we're there

We would swim up the Avenue but we haven't any lake
So we'll walk up the Avenue
Yes, we'll walk up the Avenue
Yes, a walk up the Avenue's what we'll take

Regarding the fine instead of a forfeiture order, he found that the accused had received at least $150,000 from the crimes in question but that he was no longer in possession of that amount, as he had squandered a large part of it.

Though the aforementioned arguments make the case for the implementation of pre-arbitration deferral in some situations relatively clear, they do not give specific evidence in support of arbitration deferral for discrimination cases in particular. These cases are unique and should be given special consideration when considering the virtues of arbitration.

Very funny that I should see this thread right this second:

hahahahahaha could you slobber on his knob any more you fat pathetic piece of crap? Who the eff cares how much he supposedly won playing heads up? Only you and your wannabe "friends" on THE CREW hahahahaha. Why don't you tell me about a kind of poker I'm not experienced in, like flying all the effing way to Paris and bust out on the bubble and then post a 5 page sob story about it online to your Advanced RGP Whiner "friends"? Believe it or not 30/60 is a HUGE LIMIT when you DROP 3 DIMES IN 2 HOURS be being a TOTAL EFFING RETARD in it by LIMP RERAISING with 97o because you BLEW A FUSE because the guy to your left (me) doesn't chop. I'M VERY SURE ALL OF THE WORLD CLASS POKER PLAYERS HABITUALLY DROP 3K AT 30/60 LIMIT HOLDEM IN SHORT ORDER BY BEING MORONS. As usual you have no clue at all what its like to play REAL WINNING CASH GAME POKER that you some how have equated with "nit grinding". That kind of attitude won't get you any friends here but then again you don't need friends to unpaid spam for ultimate clueless bet, which is about the most pathetic thing I've ever heard of.

Here is my recommendation to you ya little [censored] twerp: STFU, go back to your unpaid shill job of getting it up the rump from Dutch "Pokerspot" Boyd at THE CREW CAVE, and get the eff off my board with your hamburger/CREWJUICE guzzling little weasel face forever.

p.s. I never see you at canterbury. Why is that? Bust out? Well if you'd charge $25 for a blow job instead of giving it away for free you'd get a buy in to 30/60 in most likely just a few hours. Of couse you'd have to lose some weight and some of your chins, and you'll have to learn how not to blab out your bad beat and "pro" name dropping stories every 15 seconds in order to get to some quality slurping in, but you can do it. I have faith in you. Hugs.
