Had to pay to pull reports for each day last week, but there was no police report filed last week in LV for the name Keith Kozar. I am going to write my Paypal contact about this.
There is still an outside shot that this is true. It is unlikely, but because an injury accident the report should be but might not be processed at this time.
Guys from the calls I have made, to the hospitals, & police departments this whole thing is not true. I hope Paypal does something about this.
