I think the turn 3-bet is fine since UTG is unlikely to have KK or QQ based on his pf limp and call of the pf 3-bet.

I like the b/c on the river, because BB hand looks like AA or AK that is just along for the ride, and you don't want UTG to check behind a lone K or Q that gets scared when the flush comes on the river.

maybe some people will think it is spew, but it looks fine to me.
