If you lose, you double the bet, and then continue doubling the bet. Your over-all expectation is decreased by the green numbers (0,00). I suppose that this could theoretically create a losing proposition if enough green numbers came up in a row. $1 bet = $2win-$1bet= $1profit if you lose: $2 bet = $4 win- $2bet-$1bet = $1 profit. There is also something called the Grand Martingale, which you double your bet and add one dollar. The math is simple. |
