Designer Whey is pretty cheap and will give you 24g whey protein per serving. It also tastes pretty damn good. I prefer mint chocolate but feel free to try other flavors. The costco brand of whey protein that is also 24g/serving is cheaper and tastes fine too, but not as good as designer whey

For a lighter protein shake I always liked muscle milk. I mean, that assumes you are accompanying with exercise rather than purely as a dietary sup. but they taste way better than anything else storebought imo

PS. I'm shocked there's been no 'special high-protein drink' jokes...you know what I mean. OOT's not what it used to be, in my day blah blah blah blah... |
