-Start grinding 1/2 again now that midterms are over, I have barely played cash games since school started in September.
-Win a tournament, or more specifically, start winning key races. I have played in over 20 live tournaments since June and only have 1 cash, f tournaments. -Read Ulysses without going crazy. -Get high more often. -Donk away less money at prop betting (who am I kidding). -Spend less time on 2+2 (again, who am I kidding). -Start working out again, I am weak and feeble like an old person. Extensive goals imo |

- stop being a huge station with 1 pair in big pots - minimize tilt; don't play to get to a certain dollar amount - not withdraw anything - lose 15 pounds |

80k hands is ridonculous. straight up.
with regards to losing weight, i dropped 50lbs in 8 months, the first 40 is 3 months. the trick, imo, is to alter your ingestion. im a huge fan of meat, and so i eat 2 lbs of meat a day but no carbs and no real fiber. i eat 1lb of deli meat (roast beef, turkey, or ham) for lunch a 1lb of chicken sausage, chicken, meatballs, bealballs, turkeyballs, etc for dinner. youll quickly lose weight and wont be hungirier than you were pre diet. i eat more than anyonje i know, and i cant keep from losing weight at this point, |
