There are 8 diamonds unaccounted for. It seems pretty clear that he has the flush here.
So in total there are 8*7=56 combos. Of these combos 6*5=30 do not contain an ace or king and 26 do. So considering all combos equally likely, this is an easy call. The question is if this assumption is true?
