Trop used to have 3-6 O8, but I've heard the game isn't running much anymore.
I believe Taj has 2-4 O8, 3-6 O8/Stud8 with a kill, and 5-10 08. Not sure how often they run.
Borgata has 10/20 O8/Stud8 with half kill, which seems to usually be running. They have other low-limit Omaha games on their board, but I have never seen them go.

Taj and Borg may also have high limit games, but I have never paid attention.

I doubt PL O8 has ever been spread in any AC casino.
