Funding Neteller with prepaid Visa

I am trying to fund a new Neteller account with a prepaid Visa card. Not suprisingly, my Epassporte Visa was declined.

Locally (Mexico) there is a Walmart, and several international banks. Any card available online is an option, but I would prefer not to pay/wait for shipping.

Can anyone reccomend a card that will work with Neteller?

I live in Mexico and a credit/debit card from HSBC works every time.

Thanks, Colima. I think I have this sorted out, for now, but will look into HSBC for the future.
