FTP, old account, totally unused

So I've just tried this with TITN, after having an FT account that:
is a year+ old
was NOT set up with an Affiliate
has NEVER had a Real Money Deposit (in any way)
has never even been used for *even play money*
and probably has next to no details outside of username and email address

And yet they are unable to set it up with rakeback because it is older than a week.

That just strikes me as utterly illogical. By having an account over a year old that's never been used it says more than anything that without rakeback I'm never playing there.

*So are there ANY AFFILIATES here that can do something with this?*
