The problem you would have is that you still have a US residence and this is what concerns the sites that block US players.
As far as I know, online poker is mostly legal in the US and Canada. It can be argued it breaks some state laws. Lots of US players play on FT and PS. It's the transaction processors that the Government has targeted. C
