Seriously, why aren't you guys putting anything on your front page about these problems? I just tried to sign up and received the receipt but I have no access...and then I come to 2p2 and read this thread. Would've been nice to be informed BEFORE my card is charged, ugh

Clearing your IE cookies/cache and/or deleting your DRM folder will usually solve this problem. Consult FAQ page on how to do this. Will the membership signup fee always be there? im strapped at the moment and can't pay for it. Will you ever have a special promotion (ie no sign up fee day)

I have received an email from CR saying that my account is now activated. I watched CTS video and it was awesome. Now, I just hope to get my refund in a prompt manner.
Finally, to the CR guys, the site looks very good and it was super fast for me. Despite this hiccup with the sign-up process, I do believe that you guys are providing a valuable service in honest fashion. Keep up the good work. |
