There are some serious measurement issues with answering the OP's question definitively. If a show sucks really, really bad nobody will watch and thus, it will never get noticed.

srlsy? I have seen more-than-one episode and it was physically painful at all times. Simply awful television. What I think is interesting is that it was a top ten show in the ratings for several years and yet I personally never heard of anyone I know who actually watched it or said anything positive about it. Maybe I'm missing something.

I love it too. Sometimes I just say to myself "God, this show is effin' brilliant." mid-episode.
I didn't like it at first. Then, all of a sudden, something clicked in my head and I saw the show for how ridiculously awesome it is.

It was also a children's show that aired on Saturday mornings. And Kelli Kapowski was hot.

Now, "Saved by the Bell: The College Years" -- *that* was horrible. It doesn't qualify as it only ran for half a season before getting cancelled, though.
