Default semibluff on double paired board

3 handed 100/200 online, i only have about 100 hands on button, 3 handed, he's at 42/31/1.4, hasn't really done much out of the ordinary yet.

he raises, I call from BB with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

flop: 886 two hearts,
I checkraise, he calls

Turn: 6

I bet, he raises, I threebet

I think it's pretty clear what i'm trying to do, it doesnt seem like there's much he could have that hits this board, and i might be able to get him off of another A or something like T9 which has a lot of outs.

thoughts?

what are you going to do on the river if he calls the turn 3-bet and you miss?

Bet/call. If he didn't cap the turn then he's not raising the river with an overpair, and you're likely chopping with an A.

I was thinking more along the lines of a check, call. If he doesnt fold an A to the three bet, he's not gonna fold the river. I might end up with a free showdown against an overpair, or even a desperation bluff from T9.
