All Time Coolest Foreign Character on American TV: nominations (NSFW?)
Okay, the rules are it needs to be an American TV series, not an import. I'll allow an American affecting a foreign accent - no extraterrestrials though. I don;t think we'll bother asking for seconds and stuff.
Okay, I'm starting with two English ones: Davey Jones in The Monkeys Higgins from Magnum PS. I'm not familiar with a lot of new US TV, so if you post a pic, plz post the name/show too.
