Wes Craven's 'Shocker'. I have no idea why, though, as the movie isn't scary at all and really kind of sucks.

' The Thing ' 1982, saw that movie in a theatre.
I was 12 years old back then.

'House of Wax' 1953 (!) Somehow saw parts of that as a very young kid on tellie.

Amadeaus. I saw it when I was 6. It was the first movie I had ever seen at a theatre. The music itself was pretty intense but the part when Salieri cuts his own throat kind of tipped me over the edge. Some of the costumes were pretty freaky as well, black capes and masks...

That freak in The Warriors at the end where he's knocking the coke bottles together "Warriors, come out and play..." Creepy.

The Serpent and the Rainbow (though I was a little older than 10) was scared the piss out of me.

My older brother was always freaked out by the Oompa Loompas from Willie Wonka.
