update PT, when ftp added time banks pt was unable to recognize a number of hands.

I checked and I have the latest version 2.16.03d. Does FTP not write hand histories if you leave the table before the hand is over? I usually just try to sit out but I may've left a couple by accident.

ya. You have to wait until the hand is completed and logged. I jus wait until the blinds are being posted. But it only matters if you were just involved in a large pot.
