I don't think anyone would act like Khan or Brenes in a cash game, at least not for long. And if they somehow did, you could just get up and leave, unless you were a compulsive gambler and there were no other tables.

In a tournament, you can't get up and leave without losing your entry fee, so the other players should be protected from creeps like them, and Molina last year, by their being removed temporarily, then permanently if they persist.

Unfortunately the WSOP seems to be driven by ESPN, which apparently thinks its audience consists mainly of people who watch the event as if it were "Survivor" or "The Jerry Springer Show." And maybe it does.
