[ QUOTE ] Yeah, my guess would be Paulie becoming a rat, too. He's always felt slighted by Tony, and almost joined up with Johnny Sack the last time he got out of prison. He also is the most like to have a huge prison sentence awaiting him if he gets busted again, as he's already been in prison numerous times before. [/ QUOTE ] I disagree, he is least likely to rat. Don't you remember Pie o'Mine? The portrait of Tony on his wall? Pauly is loyal only to himself, but ratting would break his loyalty to his own soul. TT [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] [/ QUOTE ] Not to mention that Tony Sirico's contract has a clause that states his character (Paulie)won't rat on the family. He has real life ties to mob type people and doesn't want to be portrayed as a rat. |

Wow...T.T. knowing the episode titles is extremely impressive to me. He should have his title changed to "Don OOT".

One thing I wondered. Is it really possible to gain weight from eating too much sushi?

Is it obvious I like this show a lot? I grew up on Long Island surrounded by the children of mobsters, this show is very real
Similarly, I grew up in NJ and my father was peripherally involved in the bookmaking business (plus I'm Italian - Napolitan specifically). Thus I like the show as well. However, it sounds like you're saying that all made guys are Capos. I know Christopher was kicking up to Paulie a couple of seasons back, and my understanding, Capos only kick up to Il Capo di tutti capi (in this case Tony). But I'm not involved with the Camorra, so I could be wrong. |

TT [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] [/ QUOTE ] I agree that he is the least likely to rat. Unlike the other characters that have ratted, Paulie has no familly and has shown no desire to have a life outside of the world of crime. Being a gangster is entire identity. Without hit, not only would he have nothing, he'd be nothing. Would he betray tony to move up in a different mafia, maybe, but to go into witness protection, definitely not. According to his character, Paulie would rather be in jail with other criminals and maintain his identity, than outside with nothing. I'd be very dissappointed with the writers if Paulie became a rat. |

made guys are not necassarily capos, capos are always made guys.
Least important Associates -> soldiers -> made guys -> capos/underbos -> bosses -> capo di tuti- most important. |

Is there a flowchart somewhere that would illustrate the Sopranos heirarchy for idiots/non-Italians like me?
