eating lots of chalk will solve the acid problem.

i wouldn't worry too much about the teeth, i think people who say it will soften the enamel (i don't think that's even physically possible) or wear it down, don't know what they're talking about. it's not like he has pure lemon juice in his mouth 24 hours. but then again i'm no dentist...

only problem i see is the skin. if the lemons have this thick skin i think it's really gross to eat. but there are also a bit smaller lemons with really thin skin.
so what are we talking about?

if you want to make it less harmful without removing the disgustingness, just let him eat the skins from thick, fleshy lemons (juice em before).
