Default What to do late in MTT in this situation.....

This hand happened tonight in the 500K on Party, and was much debated among some friends of mine....

You are the BB with 235K behind, and your BB 30K is out there at 15/30K w 700 ante, 8 handed. The average stack at this time was around 430K. It was well into the money...33 players left. The guy one off the gun pushes in a obvious must push situation for a total of 90K, and it is folded around to you with an offsuit JT. To call or not to call 60K?

Feedback please!!!!!!!

I would fold in this spot, but I might be biased in my opine If I had 450k or more in chips, I would call. Just my two cents, which might have cost me 107k.
