i would estimate that one in fifty males between the age of 18 and 30 would initiate a physical confrontation over something said in an online game or any other situation where malicious dialogue is swapped. it's not 'nerds' that wont pull the trigger, it's any properly conditioned human being with a sense of social standards and a fear of the unknown, mostly the latter.

but yeah, this is totally [censored]. in general online players (not saying the masses) are much more inclined to demonstrate behavior that they wouldn't in a live setting, and are overall much more disrespectful of etiquette (i.e., grimstarr, adz, shortstack ratholers, etc).

i think smaller might be scarier. i feel like those are the guys with the weapons or the ones that go home and make bombs. with a big guy, at least he's just going to play it straightforward.
