$27 turbo - late game postflop bluff

The call bluff is an interesting play here. Given no reads, that small turn bet can mean anything. He didn't bluff and he probably doesn't have the 89, so what range would he min bet the turn with after calling a raise preflop?
If you think he's the type of player to min bet medium pair and similar hands on the turn, then I might have bluffed at it too.
