To be fair.. it sounds like most people are staying in hotels that are the equivalent of the Frontier or Golden Gate in Vegas.

You are all playing in a £10,000 tournament. Would it really kill you to pay £150 or £200 to stay in a Marriott or a Hilton?

adam was just looking at a place and on wed its 1800 for that night for a doublebed not a massive suite or anything.

I am stuck in a bed and breakfast because 6 other hotels were booked. Cuz of some stupid soccer/rugby game and it being peak time of the year.

Just did a quick check. Agreed it seems hotels are very busy.

The Marriott Park Lane is available. It's a 5 star hotel in prime location about 1 mile from Leicester Square.

I've stayed there and it's a really nice hotel.
