I wish Stars had a "Sit out at all tables" button.

My power has gone out twice in the past hour. For some reason, I get really, really tilty when this happens.

[/ QUOTE ]

I had mine go out a few days ago in the middle of two donkaments. Very, very annoying. Stayed out for a couple hours and we wound up going out for dinner.

They have battery backups for like $40-$50 that will keep your computer going for like 5-10 minutes after it loses power. I'm getting one this weekend.

Wouldn't have helped me the other day, but not a bad idea. Not that we really have all that many outages. Do you? I was just playing a couple low buy-in sattelites plus my regular tables so not huge loss.

Hmm, I'm wondering if my cable goes out when the power does. Would really limit the usefulness...

Just FT'ed two more $12 turbos, but they ended in disappointment with a 9th and 8th. That still makes 5 FTs in 20 attempts.

[/ QUOTE ]

which turbos are you playing? the 45 man or the 180 man?

i've been enjoying both lately, but not with the success you've had. Won a 45 man two days ago.

Right now I keep losing the all ins when I need to double up.

AQ vs his KQ, stuff like that.
So, once variance turns i'll be running like you in them.

I played one. Seemed like a crap shoot, but I guess good shortstackers would have an edge here -- I'd be interested to know what kind of hourly these things mgiht produce.

I hate SNG variance. It seems much worse than cash now that I know how to play. I think I had a 50 tourney streak one time with no cashes and I was probably above average at them 27 player $11 buy in
