Default Ever notice the action flops on final tables at Party??

Is it just me,or once you reach a final table at a MTT on Party, the starting hands and flops seem to be so rich and premium it's almost scary! It just seems peculiar that the table's can be so card dead for long periods, and then once on the final table, you have incredible action flops, terrific multi-way action.Just curious if other's have noticed this phenom??

Awesome.

We've gone far too long without an 'action-flop' post such as this.

I need to practice for all the intellectual conversations of this variety I will be subjected to aboard the Party cruise.

I've mentioned it before.
the number of rigged-flop and cash-out curse conversations on that boat was simply unbelieveable.

GF and I are trying to enjoy breakfast and all we can hear are some idiots at the next table waxing eloquently about 'how you can just tell that the cards aren't the same as they should be.' 'they don't want you to win too much. that's why they change it on you.' a hand-shuffle is random but theirs isn't a hand-shuffle.' etc etc etc.

They can not be avoided. They are everywhere.
And it's stunning to be surrounded by them on a big boat where every damn one of them is dead-serious about this stuff.

Guess I'm hijacking the thread.
But who cares...it's not like we started with an interesting topic to begin with.

Indeed. I'm sure the Party reps get a REAL ear-ful about this stuff aboard the boat.

Mike probably hasn't seen this little story so I'll repeat it:
A party rep came up to our little bar where 10 or so people were drinking and bought everyone a round (drinks are NOT free on the boat...so it was a nice gesture) then proceeded to introduce himself as a party rep and was soliciting feedback.

I was interested in asking him about a couple of topics....but he got bombarded by drunks asking him,
"How do we even know we're playing against real people?"
"Why can't you make the shuffle better? It should be more like it is live."
"What about the computer-robots that take all your money?"
"I don't like how they always make you lose after you cash-out. It doesn't seem fair."
"Why won't party let me win anymore?" (he wasn't kidding)

on and on and on.
He was very professional and accomodating to his customer-base...but I did NOT envy him having to stand there and answer the stupidest questions ever asked.

He tried changing it to other topics including how they are going to add rebuy tourneys soon (which I said I was mostly indifferent about...but it seems okay to me) and how they were going to fix the structure in their speed-tourneys (I don't know if they did this) and then a couple really goofy things I thought:
- What if everyone could see your balance and you could see everyone else's? Would that appeal to you? (I told him I didn't want people knowing how much I kept in my account)
- What if people could know your real name? (I told him again that I didn't want people to know that)

I didn't think these were very important anyway...and then it always got back to cash-out curses and what-not.

Made me curious as to the multitude of e-mails C/S must receive regarding rigged-flops, cash-out curses, etc etc.
Because I'm sure it's MUCH higher than any of us here could possibly imagine.

We all see the idiots complaining over and over in the chat-box....you better believe a lot of them are also firing off e-mails to party about how they will never play at their rigged-site again. blah blah blah.

I guess I should be nicer and more accomodating to the idiots on the boat (not that I'm un-nice...I just ignore them).
Afterall, they are the ones keeping party going and making it profitable for a player like me.

Keep in mind that I am a player first and started playing online the day Planet opened. Knowing that, I am absolutely astonished at the emails sent to CS. The volums is astnoishing, the claims amazing and the threats disturbing.

I would love for someone with an open mind (like Bob) to come to India and report back on what it was like to spend a week with CS.
