The first one is prob the most realistic.

This is his range if you decide he can't have a draw.

Here is a wider range, but his stats can't really encompass this range.

This type of player is rarely cold calling in any position, and when he does its not with A6s OOP.

I won`t really get into an argument over this but I think you are wrong. He almost certainly won`t fold given his VIP and the fact it is 3-way. As said he may sometimes squeeze but that depends on a lot of factors.
