[/ QUOTE ] Personally I believe it is an honor to represent your country assumuing Gagne was healthy enough to represent his country and turned it down it bothers me a great deal. Obviously if he was too injured or the Dodgers wouldn't let him play I doesn't affect my opinion of him but if he was healthy enough well that's a different story altogther.
