The day I Flop middle set, get raised big, and think "am I in some trouble here?", is the day you will see the last heartbeat run down my nitty veins and asplode. In other words, shove, LDO. I think that is the best way to get in vs. a big overpair or 66, and keeps you from psyching yourself out on the Turn when a "bad" card hits (omg its the Queen of Hearts, I must fold!).

Also, raise more pre-Flop.

Also, call me a giant nit, but unless the table is great, I generally get up when I have built a giant stack along with someone else who has position on me and is making "impressive trapping plays".
