Default Honda Classic - Toms/Love/Harrington - Huh?

(in decimal format - 5dimes)

Harrington 2.00 underdog to Toms

Love 2.30 bigger underdog to Toms

But Harrington 2.15 underdog to Love

Does this make sense???

I never understood how someone can bet on something so uncertain.

Golf, Nascar, Academy Awards (although I thought that was neat how well that guy did with his picks)...It boggles my mind.

...and yet many on these poker forums advocate pushing large stacks with a 51/49 edge, which may have lower EV than many of these sports wagers. Is any of this NOT uncertain?

I wasn't bashing you. I hope I didn't come across in that demeanor. I am more amazed how people do it with success.

Yeah, obviously something is a little off there. Looks like the best value is probably taking Toms over Harrington at even-money (or even-money minus the vig, you didn't say what the odds were on Toms). Toms is one of the favorites to win, I think, and should be a much bigger favorite over Harrington.
