i use them both and feel wierd not using them.
i dont know how to 4+table and make decent "reads" (ie, be able to successfully put people on calling/pushing ranges) without them. |

Sorry to bring this topic back up, but I just recently decided to start using PT+Pahud because I see many of the same people throughout my sessions. I use # of hands + net $ won. I am still unsure of what other stats I should use. VPIP doesnt seem like it would be all that helpful. I was thinking of adding some stats regarding steals. Not sure how accurate these stats would be. I really just want to know who the winning players are, who the losing players are, and who will give me their blinds without much of a fight. Are there any other specific stats you guys might recommend?

VPIP is very useful as is PFR. You might want to look at like attempt to steal blinds, folds blind to steal, cont bet, cont bet fold, cont bet turn. Whatever floats yer boat. But VPIP/PFR still tells you who are the fish and who are the LAGs and who are the TAGs. Especially if you filter by # of players.

[ QUOTE ]
As for the "borderline cheating". It does SQL queries on your database and calculates (adds, tabulates) for you in real time. This would not be allowed in any casino. Would it be cheating if PA showed you ICM calculations? I think so. Why is that such a strech from "flop's seen" percentages? [/ QUOTE ] |
