I'll bite here since I asked for similiar help in the Internet forum. A popular and quick method seems to be Western Union, I know a bunch of different books will cover the fees for deposits over [x], usually a few hundred.

Otherwise credit/debit, assuming yours will not reject the charges, be aware most of those options require you to fax in a CC agreement w/ photo ID etc.
