I hate this spot. Push PF avoids this situation but obv you get less value if no action

As played, I think you need to fold. At lower levels sucky villains often have A/3+ and never let it go. I don't play at this level so my advice goes under the assumption that sucky villain suckiness is static across all buy-ins.
