I gave tips on this earlier in the thread. Seriously, call them EVERY DAY. I learned this the hard way during the initial "identify verification" BS. When I requested a limits increase, I called every day and asked for a priority ticket. They gave me the runaround, and I got a lot of conflicting responses, but all said and done it took ~week when I really hassled them. Good luck.
