for clarification, usually when someone is chatting live they put an asterisk after something when it is a correction, so yes iknowallofpi is his account (or shared)
and yeah I doubt clayton was multiaccounting |

[ QUOTE ]
My guess is that $300 PLHE with 1800 runners is a WCOOP event; so if it really is two of the accounts Clayton named, one of them is probably a shared account. [/ QUOTE ] I would wager a large sum of money that this is the case |

One is his original account, the other is an account he created when he got staked. They were not his "shared" accounts.

ucla but the staked accounts were used by multiple stakees as I remember seeing one of the other names when I was with clayton at ts and thus he obv wasn't playing on it.

the account iknowallofpi belongs to yellowsubs freshman busto room-mate (we are rising juniors). @ the time of the wcoop event, I was a busto shot taker on my own account w my own money and im pretty sure he was the same.
when the first staking acct got axed (mommasub), isntead of making a new one we just xferred the money over to iknowallofpi, bc he was busto and done w poker and he consented. u'll notice he just played one tournament (prob backed by yellowsub, i dunno) in september, and then the acct starts w me in january. |

ASPoker- I see where you're coming from, but Clayton broke the rules, and deserves whatever minor inconvenience is going to come his way. I believe everybody when they say he's an honest and good guy, and I doubt he ever used his multiple accounts to cheat. However, he's still in the wrong here.
Everybody else- Despite technically breaking the rules, was this thread really started to bust somebody who had multiple accounts but never multiaccounted? I don't understand why we're still focusing on Clayton and not actual MTT multiaccounters. |

[/ QUOTE ] I am offering no opinion, just stating it was a fact that one was his staked account and one was his real account. If someone else was using his staked account, that's certain a rational explanation. |

[/ QUOTE ] Grinder, I agree 100% I never said I don't think Clayton was in the wrong for having more than one account. I have said that he is not a cheater and never did multi-account or cheat. But yeah, I agree with your post. |

I agree that this "Clayton" issue is done. I think it was nice that someone took him up on his offer to check thepokerdb, it was nice that Clayton exlained it, and we should move on. Whatever happens here on out is between him and Stars. Hopefully they close all his second accounts and continue to let him play on his original account. Clayton has had a lot of good people immediately stand up for his character, and that says a lot about him. I do feel very bad that this went public. I wish in hindsight I had more generically raised the issue as to whether people with several accounts should be reported. Again, I had no idea that Clayton would be so obviously who I was talking about.
Going forward, the issue is relevant in the sense that dabbling in the gray areas can lead to this kind of thing. Again we are back to knowing that there are blatant cheaters out there, and knowing that people know who they are, and yet as far as I know not much being done about it. |
