Final Pot: 7.16 BB

1. I called his raise, because I think he is trying to steal. Is it good to call raises from CO, Button and MP?
King Yao in his "Hold’em Brain" writes that "You should call a raise with QTo in the big blind against an early position raiser in a 5 handed game or less. In full games, QTo will often be dominated by an early position raiser. But not so in shorthanded games since players are usually raising with more hands". So, what is Your oppinion about such callings.

2. I think it was necessary to bet the turn.

I'd C/R the turn. It's very likely he has the A, so I doubt he's letting it check through.

I think a better question is on THAT board with bottom pair is it worth a C/R?

I just check-call the flop, preparing to check-fold the turn UI. Other than that, I like it.

Yeah, I don't checkraise this flop. This hit a lot of his range. If he follows through with another turn bet then I fold. So, check/call flop..fold to a turn card that doesn't help you.

I don't like the flop c/r. You are not enough of a favorite i think. The good thing about the c/r is that you gain some valuable information making the later streets easier to play, but i don't think its worth it. I would c/c the flop. But if you do that, the turn would be more problematic if a blank showed up. I think i could see a c/f then because i don't think this player follows up with the lower PPs or hands like QT often enough to call a bet. If he don't bet, the river should be easy.

As you played it, i like the turn. But on the river, i think a bet/fold may be better. I think he is calling more hands than he would bet. Feels close though.

I don't like the flop c/r. Even donk / call is better. He's got an A or J much too great a % of time to give you the correct equity.

I personally would check / call w/ 7 or 8 outs and a few implied odds. Imo, check / fold is not a huge mistake here.

You have 4 clean outs to the nuts (and actually you split sometimes so maybe 3.5), 2 probably good outs w/ the 2 Ts, and 3 Ks, but I'd only count the Ks as 1.5, for the times he's got a Q, so that gives you 7.5 outs getting 1:5.33. A little less then you need, but I think the Qs, Ts, and times you are ahead of 99, 88 and sometimes 77 give you enough implied odds to peel (although from the way you played it he does not have a smaller PP).

Also, what does c/r accomplish. You get 3-bet by better hands, and if he does happen to have a small pocket pair he will sometimes fold it, and you for sure don't want that. So, check call is better from this point of view too.

I understand, that it mostly depends from raiser characteristics. But in general, what would you call in BB against a lone raise from MP,CO, Button. Is smth changes if it will be one more coldcall limper?

It's a small sample size but his attempt to steal is low, plus he's raising from the CO, not the button, which can mean a slightly better hand range. With that in mind I wouldn't be checkraising this flop.
