Fold preflop. And then, don't overvalue TPTK on a 9-high, drawy board when you're tangling with one of the two players at the table who can bust you.

you want them to, since you will win more often then you lose with A9 v K4. the short term variance makes it hard to see it the other way though. his flop call isnt bad, its about a coinflip against A9 or QQ on that flop

All i wanted on flop all in is him to fold i had TPTK, he wasn't getting good odds to call because he was risking with his whole stack on really dangerous board...(ok he still would had 4k left ) The only move from me was push all in if i hit the flop because i thought from start he had something like AJ QK, but not 4Ks..

Latvian,

I'll second (or third or fourth) a few things that people said...first, don't be the starting hand police. He paid his money, he can play whatever he wants. And I'm not so sure that calling from the BB with k4s is that bad of an idea with such deep stacks. But in any case, that's what he decided to do. Most of the time (as someone else said) you'll make money, so dont' complain--just adjust to the people giving you money.

Second, I'm not sure who played this hand worse. I don't mind the raise here (I play a bit more LAG though...). But I'm not sure I'd consider that a steal attempt from such early position. Or at least if you can call it that, it's not too likely to succeed with so many people behind you.

Third, and probably the thing I'm adding to this thread, I think your bet on the flop told him almost exactly what you had, or at least he had 12 outs, and so the pot odds were there. Whether those pot odds justifies putting his tourney on the line or not, that'd be a tough call to make, but you basically told him pairing his king was good, as well as any other diamond. The bet screams weak made hand to me. And as others said, making plays at the only guy at your table who can bust you...not really a good idea. His call likewise probably isn't the smartest for the same reasons, that is true.

Personally, I'd be hesitant to go after the big stack here without a big hand...as some other posters said, you could be looking at a higher PP, a set, or something that has you pretty crushed.

Shane

Here's what I don't think we need: somebody to decide what we don't need. This is the beginner's forum. Go rough up the guys in the high stakes forums. Sorry if this sounds rude.
