How do you get them to call you? They're not responding to me at all. I have over 15k in my account there, and am worried.

I'm wondering this myself. They have ignored my 2 emails today.

I have similar money there - I'm more irritated than worried about it. They had a major software problem, the site is currently closed for repairs (with that message). It's a major site and makes lots of money - they aren't running with your cash.

That said, I think how they are handling is is AWFUL and hope they fix this ASAP. The customers should have been better informed.

OK this really sucks. Now money is missing from my account from one table I was at during the freeze an hour or two ago. And, they say may other money's in play at a table that no longer exists. Anyone else?

Why do you all insist on trying to play there when you know the site is currently messed up. How many people need to report that they're missing money from tables or that their sng froze. Play somewhere else.

Has anyone got their money returned to their accounts from the UB crash last night?

I had >$11k at a 50/100 NLHE table, which is not yet in my available funds.

and stop trying to withdraw your money. You are only making matters worse. Just ride out the wave and you can safely withdraw when this thing gets resolved. UB is not running away with your money.

PS- I don't even play there.

Some upgrade.

[/ QUOTE ]

It will rank right up there with the most moronic technology decisions in the history of internet poker. The software is now the crappiest junk that I have seen since my 9-year-old niece wrote a flying pig cartoon program using BASIC. To call it garbage would be an insult to the waste disposal industry. If you lined up all of the software programmers at Ultimatebet and asked them to lay their degrees end-to-end, you couldn't cover a matchbook. There's a chance that someone associated with this upgrade has an IQ larger than 74, but it's a longshot bet, likely 80:1 or better. Just doing the math on the cash that they have stacked in a dumpster and ignited is astounding. The suckage is immeasureable. And to ignore all of their customers for weeks...that takes even more stupidity. Now we have to suspect rampant solvent sniffing at UB, or speculate that it's really run by stray dogs being herded by a cat.
