You are absolutely right. Their CS lacks way behind Stars, but is much better than Party's

Everything is back to normal. I'm crushing the NL games right now for 700 BB's.

[/ QUOTE ]

I just played like 10 hands and both tables froze on me. I am leaving a few hundred on the account and withdrawing the rest till they get their act together.

[/ QUOTE ]

I have not been able to access the cashier in days to even withdraw at all. I cant access anything either. The only time I was able to play a game only 1 table worked, if I tried to get to a 2nd table it would lock up.

This is pathetic UB. Get your act together or you are going to lose a vast majority of your players.

Their withdrawals appear to be working sporadically - I made one 20 mins ago and it went through - it took at least 5 minutes to go through 3-4 pages of the process so you have to be patient there. Right now though, it seems to be down completely, yet again.

I've played two sng's this afternoon, without much of a problem. However, the first time I registered, I watched the table fill up (with my name on the list) then it cleared, but I was never taken to a table. Registered again and it worked...

Over $200 of mine have disappeared in the freezing today. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I gotta say, I'm really nervous. I had requested a cashout before their servers went down, on the 28th. Then I got an email today saying I had to rerequest it, which I did, while asking them to expedite it as I had really requested it days ago (I have their email from the 28th proving it). The only response I get was kind of a bulk email saying I had to wait a couple more days, and they still haven't responded to my follow up email, below...

Dear Tanya,

I'm scratching my head to see what the "better experience" could be. I still can not get a history of my real money transactions. You're not agreeing to do the right thing and expedite processing my withdrawal request that I originally made on the 28th. And, there's no support phone number to you, unlike absolutely every other major poker site out there now. Please respond to my 3 issues listed above. If you cannot, please upgrade my email to a supervisor.

Thank you,

Now I want to get all my money out, and can't. This is sooooo frustrating!!! If they don't give me decent customer service, I don't know what's to keep me on their site. The games WERE great, but do you think they're going under or am I being paranoid???

I noticed I have money missing too, this is a mess. Their rep got tarnished a bit during the Pokershare mess, this is 10x worse IMO if not more.

UB's inability to get their site up for days is pathetic.

It's strange that they keep sending me emails about promotions for this weekend.

I haven't logged in yet,but I don't udnerstand why they would want to drive traffic to their site when it is all screwed up...
