Way to much public interest in this matter for Mark to hire goons or whatver, he´ll crash and burn for it.
NW seems like a douche but he also seems at least moderately afraid of bad publicity, even if the reason for this is that he wont be able to scam others if they know what an ass he is, so he might actually pay up.
If he doesn´t - why not make it a legal matter somehow? Lawsuit etc.. Mark you could OWN neverwinpoker.com! Whee
