i don't know if this is a fold.. but i'd say you're beat here...oh...99% of the time.

the other 1% he has 65 or A5 or 72 or something.

I think 99% may be slightly high. I would say my opponent's range is likely AA, JJ, TT, 55, KQ, AJ, KJ, QJ, or JT. Giving my opponent the benefit of the doubt because of the small sample size I would omit AK and AQ from his or her range.

I would probably fold.

On the turn, you really should raise more, closer to a pot sized raise. It will get you more value (obviously), but it will also make the stack sizes more favorable on the river (villain will have like 1/2 or 2/3 pot left instead of just over pot).
