This might be weak but playing this hand I'm either checking behind on this flop or folding to a check raise.

Without the Q of spades you are on a marginal hand against any spade + pair.

You have position - use it for pot control.

Check behind on flop and call down to showdown.

If you can't fold - push flop. I'd like it a whole lot more with the Qs.

You played for 200BB on a 3-flush board with an ace on the turn and against a flop check-raise with... a pair of queens. Does sound baddish, doesn't it?
